We actively encourage our staff to work part time during normal office hours. What anyone does with their extra day off is their own business. This is our remedy for the relentless pace of life, with the overload of information that follows us wherever we go.
Nonstandard remuneration structure
We offer an excellent basic salary plus a bonus equal to half your billable hours above the breakeven point. This arrangement makes it possible to earn a full-time salary.
Promotion of entrepreneurship
The above remuneration structure encourages entrepreneurship and focuses the attention of the employees on the revenue aspect, but, more importantly, also on the cost issue. A part of all savings made accrues to the employees, who accordingly have a complete and transparent view of the firm’s financial data. This approach ensures strong commitment to the organization, control of costs and reasonable fee rates.
