Siem Aartsen

Siem studied law in Utrecht and obtained his master’s degree in 2020 at the University of Amsterdam. He is now an associate attorney specializing in broad corporate law, with a focus on commercial contracts, shareholder disputes, and support in mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to his corporate law expertise, Siem has extensive experience in employment law and employee participation law. Siem is known for his clear and straightforward advice. Finding practical and effective solutions is key to his approach. “Cut the crap” and listening to what’s really going on are hallmarks of Siem’s style.

In his free time, Siem enjoys being outdoors for a walk, taking part in (pub) quizzes, or cheering on FC Utrecht at Stadion Galgenwaard on Sundays.
