Evelyne Hof

Employment law attorney

I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Law at the University of Groningen and my master degree in Employment Law with a specialisation in Employment and Corporate law. During my studies I gained practical experience at several law firms in commercial contracting and employment law. My interest in employment law arose early in my studies. I have been active at the Rechtswinkel in the Work & Benefits section and I have been on the board of the Amsterdam Study Association for Employment law (ASAR). Because of my interest in employment law and corporate law, I wrote my thesis on the position of the works council in mergers and acquisitions.

At BVDV I am mainly concerned with employment law. I assist both employers and employees. Think of various issues regarding to dismissal, reorganisations, collective employment law, company regulations and employee participation. I like short lines of communication with my clients and a practical way of advising.
