Jitte Rickli

At BVDV, I serve all facets of employment law, assisting both employers and employees. I advise on issues such as individual and collective dismissal, (changing) terms and conditions of employment, non-competition clauses, co-determination and illness. My approach is strategic and solution-oriented. I get energy from sparring with entrepreneurs and HR specialists to see which route offers the best solution for their specific question.

Background

I received my bachelor’s degree in law from Utrecht University and my master’s degree in employment law from the University of Amsterdam. In addition to my law studies, I also completed the study of applied psychology. During my studies I gained experience inside and outside the legal profession, at law firms, legal study associations and a legal start-up. After completing my studies, I worked as a legal advisor in the field of employment law for various institutions. I have been working at BVDV since March 2021.
