Marit Verwilligen

As of 2024 I am affiliated with BVDV. The special philosophy and the positive (working) atmosphere made me decide to join the BVDV team. I mainly focus on corporate law in a broad sense, investments and financing and securities.

I finished both my bachelor’s degree (Law) and master’s degree (Dutch Law, specialistion Corporate Law) at the University of Groningen. Before Joining BVDV, I work at other law firms where I gainend experience in corporate law, insolvency law, financing and securities and mergers and acquisitions.
