Muriël ter Veen

After completing my master’s degree in Corporate Law at Utrecht University, with a specialization in Commercial Law, I started at BVDV in May 2023 as a legal associate. On December 22, 2023, I was sworn in as an attorney. At BVDV, I work in the broad field of corporate law, advising businesses on legal matters and litigating when necessary.

In addition, I specialize in insolvency law. I assist the trustee in the settlement of bankruptcies and advise companies facing financial difficulties or undergoing restructuring.
