Noëna van Schaik

At BVDV, I deal with employment law in its broadest sense, where I advise and litigate for both employers and employees. With my goal-oriented approach and open attitude, I like to guide clients through their legal issues in order to find the best solution together. I also value a good relationship with my clients, which is why I am easy to reach and am often seen as very approachable.

Background

I attended the master’s degree in Business & Law with a specialisation in Employment Law at Utrecht University in 2018. During my studies, I did internships at several law firms. After completing my studies, I was a board member for a year at the largest mixed student association in Utrecht. Here I gained a lot of experience that I can still use in my daily work.

In 2022, I was sworn in as a lawyer. Before my move to BVDV in November 2024, I worked at another law firm in Utrecht where I mainly dealt with employment law and corporate law.
